Get in shape with the new year of guiding by joining your Guild colleagues at the 2018 Spring Motorcoach Workshop.  After introductions and preliminaries on motorcoach do’s and don’ts, we will board a motorcoach to model routing and site set-ups as we hit many of Washington’s most famous but logistically challenging tourist attractions.  Then you will have the opportunity to try your hand at giving our guest motorcoach operator directions and giving commentary.  The Training Committee will also provide tips on timing, alternative routes and ways to spice up your talk.  So sharpen your routing confidence and shake out those winter doldrums.

This workshop is open to all levels of Guild membership.  Whether you are a seasoned guide who wants to refresh their motorcoach skills; a new-to-the-Guild guide who wants to get beyond those nervous moments with out-of-town drivers; or a Guild Guide who wants this to be the year they jump to Guild Certified Guide where the workshop is a requirement, join us.  We learn best from each other and we also need 15 to run this tour, so sign up now!

Please register and pay on-line.  If you need to do you payment by check (GPTGWDC) send to Christen M Eliason, 4900 29th Road South, A1, Arlington, VA  22206-1456.
