Join us for a walk-through of exhibits that will wow your guests including the new Obama portraits, the American Presidents, the Lincoln Gallery, The Struggle for Justice, and Twentieth Century Americans. This museum has so much to offer to student and adult groups alike. There is easy motor coach access on F Street, no security line, and proximity to attractions including Ford's Theatre, Carmine's, Hard Rock Café, the International Spy Museum, and The Capital One Arena. And, it is the only Smithsonian Museum open daily until 7:00 pm.

The tour will also include a review of group guidelines and museum logistics. Tour duration is 60 to 90 minutes.

Our guide will be Elisabeth Kilday, Visitor Services Manager for the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the National Portrait Gallery. Please be on time. The museum staff is extremely busy due to the unprecedented popularity of the Obama portraits.

We will meet in the G Street Lobby. There is no security line. There are free lockers for coats and bags. Please be sure to check in with the Guild Registrar.
