CMGs and Candidates: Please join us for a briefing and discussion on the history of the omnipresent Atlas ObscuraMatt Blitz will discuss Atlas Obscura’s programs and tours in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, as well as their programs around the US and the world!  There is a 15 person limit, so we suggest that you sign up early.

 Atlas Obscura is also interested in hiring Guild members to conduct niche, specialty tours.

Their best selling book, Atlas Obscura: An Explorer’s Guide to the World’s Hidden Wonders, has an excellent quote by Abraham Joshua Heschel, before the introduction:  “The beginning of our happiness lies in the understanding that life without wonder is not worth living."
