PLEASE NOTE: Two hours prior to the meeting you will receive an email with a link to join the videoconference. If you decide at that time not to participate, simply ignore the email. If you find you do not want to participate prior to the meeting date please follow the instructions on how to cancel your registration in the confirmation email.
In order to ensure that the meeting organizer has all email addresses required for the videoconference invitations, registration for this event will close at midnight the day before the event.
You may join the videoconference on a tablet, computer, or smartphone. Be aware that if you choose to dial the optional phone # to participate you will not have access to the video portion of the event. The Guild is using GoToMeeting for videoconference Education, Training, Book Group, and other online meetings and events. This software is FREE to meeting participants so please ignore all vendor references to "start for free" or "free trials". Meeting participants do not need to register for GoToMeeting accounts nor purchase any "package" from them. Please make sure you do not PAY for anything related to GoToMeeting.
